Automation with n8n, Zapier and WhatsApp
The Pro add-on's Certificate Generator → Automation page has everything needed to issue certificates from other tools without code.
n8n
- Open Certificate Generator → Automation and download one of the five n8n workflow templates.
- Click Create key: the API key gets exactly the scopes that template needs.
- Import the template in n8n, paste your site URL and the key, and activate it.
Zapier
Zapier connects through Webhooks by Zapier and the REST API. The Automation page walks through the set-up step by step.
Pro can send each certificate over WhatsApp as well as email, using your own WhatsApp provider account. Delivery status shows in the message log and can be sent on as a webhook.
Logs
The Automation page lists recent bulk jobs and webhook deliveries, with a retry button for failed deliveries.
