Is Free really free forever?
Yes — $0/mo, no card required. Register and start issuing certificates right away.
What happens when I reach my monthly certificate limit?
It resets automatically on the 1st of each month. Usage is tracked and shown as a meter on the plugin's License tab.
How many sites can one license activate?
Pro activates 1 site; Business activates up to 5. Deactivate a site from your dashboard to free up a slot.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes — use Manage Billing on your dashboard to open the Stripe billing portal and update or cancel your subscription.
Do the bulk import/export caps still apply after I upgrade?
No — the row caps (500 students/teachers/schools, 10 templates) only apply on the Free plan. Pro and Business are unlimited.
What happens when I hit the Free email limit?
Free sends up to 250 certificate emails a month. Past that, queued emails wait and send automatically on the 1st — or right away once you upgrade. Pro and Business have no email cap.
How do I activate my license key?
Go to Settings → License in the plugin and paste the key you receive after checkout.
