Analytics

Certificate Generator → Analytics shows:

• Total certificates issued
• Emails sent / failed / pending
• Send volume over time (chart)
• Breakdown by certificate type and school

Email Logs

Certificate Generator → Email Logs shows every send attempt: recipient name and email, certificate type, status (sent / failed / pending), timestamp, and the error message on failure. Filter by status, date range or email address.

Logs are retained for 90 days, then cleaned up by a weekly job. Analytics is built from these logs, so it's only as complete as your send history.
