Manage students, teachers and schools in one place
Certificate Generator stores three kinds of recipients — students, teachers and schools — each with name, email, school, certificate type and issue date. You can add records by hand, import them from CSV, or have them created automatically from your LMS, and recipients can find their own certificates on the front end.
Add records your way
Go to Students, Teachers or Schools → Add New to create a record manually, or use Bulk Import to upload many at once. Admin lists support bulk edit, bulk email and filtering by event.
Self-serve certificate lookup
Drop [student_search], [teacher_search] or [school_search] onto any page and recipients can look up their certificates by email (schools by name and place). Results include an Add to LinkedIn button.
[school_bulk_certificate_download] lets a school download all of its certificates as a ZIP from the front end.
